The vertical double-column single-cylinder hydraulic press consists of ① liquid guide plate and liquid collecting trough, ② pressed basket, ③ framebody, ④ squeeze plate, ⑤ squeeze head, ⑥ hydraulic cylinder and electro-hydraulic control box etc.
The cylinder flange is connected with the hydraulic cylinder and the framebody to form an integral frame. The hydraulic cylinder is connected with the squeeze plate through squeeze head, and the pressed basket is welded by the stainless steel plate. There are four pulleys under the pressed basket, and these pulleys are connected with the pressed basket by four springs. The liquid guide plate and liquid collecting trough are installed at the bottom of four springs.
The output hydraulic oil of the electro-hydraulic control device can control the movement of the squeeze plate up and down, realize the pressing and dewatering of materials, and realize the automatic pressure maintenance.
3. Cassava Dewatering Machine(cassava presser) - Working Principle:
The electro-hydraulic control box outputs hydraulic oil to control the press plate move up and down, to achieve the materials pressing and automatic pressing force maintenance.
Load the bags directly on to a hydraulic press. Under control of hydraulic station and electric cabinet to lift and press the jack handle up and down until it becomes hard to move. Repeat the process several times each day until no more water comes out of the bag to produce a firm wet cake.
Note: Ensure sufficient water has been removed, otherwise the garri will form into lumps during roasting. But, if too much water is removed, the garri will not cook properly during roasting, becoming floury instead.
